Jakarta — The Talent Student Activity Unit (UKM Talenta) of Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia University (Unusia) held the Grand Final of the Unusia Campus Ambassador IV 2026 selection at the Jakoeb Oetama Hall, Unusia Jakarta, on September 19.

Carrying the theme "From Potential to Ambassador: Speak With Purpose, Lead With Impact," the event named four students as Unusia Campus Ambassadors for the 2026–2027 term.

The four selected students are Ajeng Ayu Ramadhanti, Rama Aditya Putra, and Satriani, along with one other finalist designated as a Campus Ambassador. Meanwhile, several special awards were presented to the finalists. Romy Nirwana was named *Duta Harapan* (Runner-up Ambassador) and won Best Catwalk; Zulia Rahmawati was named *Duta Favorit* (Favorite Ambassador) and won Best Costume; Dalfa Amalia Tussofa won Best Public Speaker; and Naila Suryani won Best Video.

Nine finalists participated in the Grand Final stages, which included a Vision Speech & Regional Attire Philosophy segment, a Question & Answer session, and an "Earphone Session." These stages were designed to test communication skills, the ability to convey ideas, general knowledge, and problem-solving capabilities, as well as the finalists' understanding of campus, social, youth, educational, and digital literacy issues.

Unusia’s Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Research, and Community Service, Fatkhu Yasik, stated that the future role of Campus Ambassadors would no longer be limited to university protocol duties. The ambassadors will be involved in various activities and serve as liaisons between Unusia and various external parties.

"Moving forward, the primary role of campus ambassadors will no longer be just university protocol. Those selected will have a significant workload ahead," said Fatkhu. He noted that the Campus Ambassadors are expected to serve as a bridge connecting Unusia’s reputation with the industrial sector and various parties requiring university involvement to address societal issues. Consequently, he believes the challenges awaiting these ambassadors will grow, while simultaneously offering students an opportunity for continuous personal development.

Fatkhu also described the Campus Ambassadors as an ideal prototype of a Unusia student, capable of inspiring newcomers. These ambassadors will be involved in the Campus Life Introduction for New Students (PKKMB) program, where they will represent the student body and share words of encouragement with the incoming class.

Meanwhile, the 2024 Unusia Campus Ambassador, Abbas, expressed his appreciation to the finalists who successfully navigated the various selection stages and the quarantine period. He hopes the experience and knowledge gained during the selection process will serve the finalists well in their future endeavors.

“Congratulations to the finalists who have made it through every stage, including the quarantine. I hope the training and knowledge you have acquired will prove beneficial in the future,” said Abbas.

Through the 4th Unusia Campus Ambassador Selection (2026), the Talenta Student Activity Unit (UKM) aims not only to select student representatives for the campus but also to provide a platform for students to hone their communication, leadership, and networking skills. The selected Campus Ambassadors are expected to embody the spirit of Unusia and act as connectors who bring value to both the university and the community.
