Lima Mahasiswa Unusia Selesaikan Program Magang di Pusbangkom SDM Kemenag RI

Jakarta – Five students from Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia University (Unusia) have completed an internship program at the Human Resources Competency Development Center (Pusbangkom SDM) of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The two-month program, running from August 5 to October 5, 2026, provided the students with an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment.

The group consisted of four students from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP)—Selly Adinda, Kartika Sridevi, M. Darussalam, and Ahmad Fairuz Ziaul Umam—and one student from the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Muhammad Nabil.

During the internship, the students were assigned to the Studio and Publication Management division. They were involved in managing the center's media, assisting with recording sessions, and covering the activities and collaborative agendas of the Center's Head.

Each student carried out tasks tailored to their specific roles, ranging from on-camera talent and photography to content management. In addition to these daily duties, the students were tasked with producing educational videos as a key output of the internship program.

This program was part of a collaborative partnership established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) involving Unusia’s Islamic Religious Education (PAI) study program. Throughout the internship, the students received guidance from Dipo Barnu, S.Kom. (Head of the Digital Learning Center), Khotibul Umam, S.H. (Head of the Studio), Halimah Dwi Putri, S.E. (Production and Public Communication Team), and the Head of the Administration Division.

At the program's conclusion, the students received feedback encouraging them to continue developing the skills and knowledge they had acquired at the center. It is hoped that this experience will not end with the program itself but will be applied and further developed in the students' academic pursuits and personal growth. Selly Adinda, one of the interns, stated that the internship experience is part of a journey she intends to continue by successfully fulfilling her academic responsibilities. She hopes to complete both her internship report and her thesis on time and without any issues.

“I hope to complete everything successfully—finishing the internship report on schedule and completing my thesis on time, without any obstacles.”

This internship program is part of Unusia’s effort to provide students with a more contextual learning experience through direct engagement in the professional world. This experience is expected to strengthen their competencies, broaden their horizons, and equip them to continue learning, growing, and contributing to society.
