Unusia Gelar Asesmen Calon Pejabat Struktural Periode 2026–2030

Jakarta – Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia (Unusia) conducted an assessment for prospective structural officials for the 2026–2030 term on August 13–14, 2026, at the Jakoeb Oetama Hall, 4th Floor, Unusia. The event, which began at 09:00 WIB, was part of the process of mapping potential structural officials to inform decisions on placements aligned with organizational needs.

In his remarks, Unusia Rector Fariz Alnizar emphasized that the assessment was not intended to identify the single most outstanding candidate, but rather to find individuals best suited to Unusia’s vision, mission, and development trajectory.

“This assessment is not about finding who achieves the best results, but about identifying those who align with our vision, mission, and direction,” said Fariz.

Fariz noted that Unusia faces constantly evolving challenges, requiring human resources capable of adapting to new demands. His leadership approach promotes Acceleration, Collaboration, and Transformation as part of efforts to foster Unusia’s growth and resilience in the face of change.

He stated that prospective structural officials are expected to work effectively, foster inter-unit collaboration, maintain an inclusive attitude, and make decisions under pressure.

“It is not the strongest who survive, but the most adaptable,” he said.

Fariz added that the process represents a collective effort to find leaders who possess not only the ability to manage work units but also the capacity for true leadership. This ensures that structural positions are filled by individuals whose attributes align with the responsibilities and needs of their respective units.

The proceedings continued with a psychological assessment for the candidates. Unusia psychologist Esty Arista Sari explained that the psychological assessment was not intended to determine who was right or wrong, but rather to evaluate the candidates' suitability for the positions they would occupy. “It is hoped that you will eventually be assigned to roles that align with your respective capabilities and potential,” he said.

Various stages of psychological assessment were conducted, including written tests, drawing exercises, and interviews. The results of this process are being mapped out to serve as a basis for determining placements that match the characteristics and requirements of each position.

This assessment of prospective structural officials is expected to support the process of structuring the Unusia organization more effectively, ensuring that every individual can carry out their roles and responsibilities in accordance with their assigned positions.
