Unusia Hadir di Muktamar ke-35 NU, Buka Screening Stres Gratis di Stand UP3

Jakarta — Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia University (Unusia) is participating in the 35th Nahdlatul Ulama Congress with an exhibition booth offering various services and information to the public. The Unusia booth features three units: the Library, the Cooperative, and the Psychology Service and Development Unit (UP3).

One service attracting visitor interest is the free stress screening provided by UP3. This service is available daily throughout the Congress, from 09:00 to 16:00 WIB. Visitors can take the screening online and gain an initial overview of their current stress levels.

Unusia Psychology lecturer Esty Arista Sari explained that the screening is designed as a simple step for people to start recognizing their own well-being.

"We want to invite the public to pause and reflect on their own condition. Sometimes we go about our daily activities without realizing that we are experiencing pressure or stress," said Esty.

According to her, the screening results do not constitute a psychological or clinical diagnosis. After taking the test, visitors can receive a brief counseling session to help them understand the results and discuss what they are feeling.

"So, it isn't just about taking the test and being done with it. After getting an overview of the results, visitors can have a brief discussion through counseling. We hope they gain a better understanding of themselves," Esty continued.

In addition to stress screening, UP3 offers an interest assessment test to help visitors identify fields that align with their interests. This test serves as a starting point for those considering educational choices, majors, or career development.

Both services are free and open to the general public. UP3’s presence at the Unusia booth is part of the university's effort to bring psychological services closer to the community while also introducing its Psychology Study Program and other available academic programs. “Ultimately, self-awareness is important—both for mental health and for making decisions regarding education and the future. We hope that visitors to the Unusia booth not only experience the screening process but also take home information that is personally beneficial,” said Esty.

Through its presence at the 35th NU Congress, Unusia is not only introducing its institution and educational programs but also providing services that address the community's needs.
